§1. Definitions

2. Website – the service available at: https://eatery.pl/
3. User – any entity browsing the content of the Website.
4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§2. Personal Data

1. The Administrator is the controller of the User’s personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
2. The User may provide personal data to the Administrator, among others, via forms available on the Website.
3. The legal basis for processing Users’ personal data is the voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent given by the User via the appropriate form on the Website.

Personal data may also be processed where the Administrator is authorised to do so under applicable law, for the performance of a contract, or on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest, in particular via the contact form.
